We have been at the 38th Salón Gourmets!

What an incredible experience we had from April 7 to 10 at the Salón Gourmets in Ifema! With our stand within the Community of Madrid space, we had the opportunity to showcase our range of products and interact with future collaborators. It was a very exciting fair!

We take this opportunity to present several new products:

On the one hand, the integration of Acico into Eguía Food Factory and its commercial brand Chistu, with a new image.

On the other hand, a new range of Medina toppings, ideal for baking, in Maxi format, 4 different varieties of almonds: flour; cubes; slice and stick.

In order for them to get to know us a little better, we organized two super fun workshops with our brand of Medina nuts:

Let’s mix it up! Cocktail Masterclass!

We wanted to show that nuts are much more than just a snack, so we organized a cocktail masterclass that left us all impressed! Juan Carlos Muñoz, the president of FABE, was in charge of creating three super original and delicious cocktails using our Medina Nuts as the star ingredient. It was an explosion of flavors!

In this tasty adventure, we also had the collaboration of Vermut Zarro, Vinos Jeromín and Cervezas La Cibeles, who added a special touch to each cocktail!

Hands to the dough! Showcooking of delicious sweets

In our second workshop, we were lucky enough to learn from the experts at La Lucastería how to create spectacular desserts. Miguel Ángel Mateos and María Lucas prepared cheesecakes using our Medina pistachios and toppings from Nuts & Cook. They were so good that they disappeared in the blink of an eye! No one could repeat!

We are very happy with these four days full of emotion and flavor, we hope to be able to live experiences like this many more times!
